One of the key considerations when flying drones is THE LAW. What you can and cannot do, where you can and cannot fly. Since 1 January 2021 the regulations in Kazakhstan have changed, and are now more clearly defined. The primary aim of the regulations is SAFETY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two main categories, OPEN and SPECIFIC, and depending on what you want to do with your drone, you have the responsibility to follow the regulations in order to fly legally and safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The courses listed here have been designed to help you to understand the requirements and to comply with them by knowing the laws and gaining the relevant permissions, where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Briefly, if you are flying purely for fun and you want to fly in a large open area, you can. But you are not permitted to fly inside towns or villages without having completed training, passing a test and gaining a permission from the Aviation Authority of Kazakhstan. There are other restrictions, which you will have to apply as well, such as height restrictions and weather limitations. The regulations require you to have a knowledge of the applicable rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All courses are entirely online, and you will be given access for 21 days, giving you plenty of time to complete the required syllabus at your own pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final examination must be booked at least 3 days in advance for a particular date and time.   The examination is a maximum of 2 hours long.   You must achieve at least 80% to receive the required training certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no certificate of attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
